Agar.io is a multiplayer online game. It is an arcade game where the main character is a microscopic cell placed in a sea of users. The main goal is to increase in size by absorbing other players and becoming dominant. At the same time, it is important not to be eaten.

Game Features

The principle of Agar.io is quite clear: you can't be eaten, but you can and should eat others. So that players don't get bored, the game developers provided several options:

  • Neutral green zones on the playing field. Here, small cells can hide from potential enemies. But bigger-sized players will have a hard time. When hitting such a zone, a large cell will be blown to small pieces.
  • Cell division. One of the functions available to a player who has gained sufficient mass. With its help, you can attack enemies or, conversely, defend yourself.
  • Splitting off a part of the cell. This function will help to escape from the enemy by increasing and slowing him down.

As for the online features of the game, they are standard. The user cannot invite certain players to the playing field or find friends. Also, in Agar.io, there is no online chat for communication. However, this does not make the game less popular. Simple rules, fascinating mechanics, and unpredictable plot are the main advantages of the game.
